Au Revoir Grace

Hard to believe a year has passed and Grace is on her way out.
We prefer to say au revoir {to the seeing again} rather than goodbye!
Grace has been so much fun!
I've mentioned before that we added her to our collection
because of the french-speaking doll lovers in our family.

We've had fun collecting some of her items and playing with her a lot.

These little macaroons are made by the talented Pippaloo for Dolls Etsy shoppe.
They are the perfect send-off treat.

Here are a few photos of the Grace-inspired crafting we've done in 2015.
Enjoy!

Little Miss A takes a baking/cooking class once a week. One of her first classes in 2014 was learning how to make a peach galette. We asked Pippaloo if she could create a doll-size galette for us {seen above}. We also purchased the macaroons - seen above - from her Etsy shoppe. Both fun additions to Grace's baking. We created our own little version of The Little Prince. We decorated a loft bedroom with Eiffel Tower trinkets and a photo of Grace. April 1st is called Poisson d'Avril in France -- it involves chocolate fishes and taping little paper fishes onto backs and running away.  We recreated the holiday with our dolls. We've had a great year creating and collecting with Grace! Au Revoir!
